CCPA Privacy Notice

This notice applies to California residents and consumers whose personal information may be processed through the TDS Zid Odoo Connector service. PT TECHNION DIGITAL SOLUTIONS operates this middleware connector between Zid e-commerce stores and Odoo ERP systems.

• Identifiers: Merchant ID, Zid store ID, administrator email addresses used for account setup.
• Commercial information: Order data, product listings, inventory levels, payment metadata (not raw card data), and transaction records synchronized between Zid and Odoo.
• Customer data (merchant-provided): End-customer names, shipping addresses, and contact details contained within Zid orders passed to Odoo ERP.
• Internet/network activity: OAuth session tokens, webhook event logs, API call logs, and sync operation metadata.
• Tax & financial records: VAT/tax identifiers and invoice data required for Odoo accounting integration.

Personal information is collected and used solely to provide the Zid-to-Odoo synchronization service: routing orders, syncing inventory, processing webhooks, and maintaining the connector session. We do not sell, share for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use personal information for purposes unrelated to delivering the connector service.

• Right to Know: You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months.
• Right to Delete: You may request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions required for security, legal compliance, or completing transactions.
• Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. No opt-out is required, but you may contact us to confirm this at any time.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA right.

To exercise your CCPA rights, submit a verifiable consumer request by email to privacy@tnion.com or support@tnion.com. Include your name, the email address associated with your account, and a description of your request. We will respond within 45 days as required by the CCPA.

Merchant session data and OAuth tokens are retained only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by applicable law. Sync logs and webhook event records are retained for operational purposes and then purged on a rolling schedule. You may request early deletion as described above.

The connector interacts with the Zid API (Zid e-commerce platform, Saudi Arabia) and the merchant's own Odoo ERP instance. Data transmitted to those systems is governed by the respective privacy policies of Zid and the merchant's Odoo hosting provider. PT TECHNION DIGITAL SOLUTIONS acts as a service provider processing data on behalf of the merchant.
